Shree Hari Coal Corporation (SHCC) is looking for an ambitious, proactive, and customer-focused Business Development Officer (BDO) to expand our business network and strengthen customer relationships across industrial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, acquiring new customers, and driving sales growth for our imported and indigenous coal products.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of industrial fuel requirements, and the ability to build long-term partnerships. The Business Development Officer will work closely with the sales, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as textiles, paper, ceramics, chemicals, food processing, steel, cement, and other manufacturing sectors.
  • Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, customer visits, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales. Experience in coal trading, industrial fuels, minerals, cement, steel, energy, or industrial raw materials will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Good understanding of market analysis, customer acquisition strategies, and business planning.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer fuel requirements, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. The candidate will work closely with the sales, procurement, logistics, and management teams to ensure efficient financial operations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
  • Record financial transactions accurately in Tally ERP and maintain proper accounting documentation.
